Tax account

An online service that allows you to access the tax account information of a given property, depending on your status.

Register to electronic data transmission, and receive by e-mail:

  • your annual tax account;
  • your revised tax account;
  • notifications.

To register:

  1. Have your tax account in hand.
  2. Access the service.
  3. Click on "Registration".
  4. Follow the steps.
    Caution! To access the files, you must first select your property.

To access the service after registration:

  1. Access the service.
  2. Click on "Member".
  3. Follow the steps.

To consult the tax assessment roll or the tax bill for a property, you must have at hand one of the following details pertaining to the property:

  • Civic address
  • Cadastre number
  • Registration number
  • File number.

To obtain publicly available information on property tax accounts:

  1. Access the service.
  2. Click on "Visitor".
  3. Follow the steps.

Notice

  • The information available electronically reflects the status of the tax assessment roll on the date of the last update carried out by the Revenue Division. The actual amount billed over the year may be different.
  • In case of discrepancy, the official and valid version is the data from the tax assessment roll deposited at the Ville de Sherbrooke.
