Tax account

The 2018 annual tax bill is payable in four installments on the following dates:

  • 1st installment: March 2, 2018
  • 2nd installment: May 2, 2018
  • 3rd installment: July 4, 2018
  • 4th installment: September 4, 2018
  • Posting date: Week of January 15, 2018

Online service

An online service that allows you to access the tax account information of a given property, depending on your status.

For Visitors, you must have at hand:

  • Civic address or cadastre number or registration number or file number.

Once you have access to the service, choose the "Visitor'' option.

Owners may use the "Visitor'' option, but may also choose to register and receive tax account information and notifications by e-mail. To register, upon accessing the service, click on “Register” and follow the steps. Make sure to select your property to access documents. Once registration has been completed, use the “Member” option.

For legal representatives and financial institutions, you may register with the Revenue Division (Division du revenu) of the Ville de Sherbrooke. Members may access the service to procure a property tax statement* at a cost of $15 each.

Notice

    • The information available electronically reflects the status of the tax assessment roll on the date of the last update carried out by the Revenue Division.
    • The actual amount billed over the year may be different.
    • In case of discrepancy, the official and valid version is the data from the tax assessment roll deposited at the Ville de Sherbrooke.
