Pre-authorized payments

Registering for the pre-authorized payment plan, where payments are taken directly from your bank account, is a simple and effective way to respect payment deadlines and to avoid late fees.

You must register before February 15, 2019, by sending in a completed registration form (57 KB) that can be downloaded or is available from:

You need to register by sending in a completed registration form (57 KB). The form must to be returned 10 business days before the due date for each of the payments, i.e. 10 days prior to the following dates:

  • 1st   March 4, 2019;
  • 2nd  May 3, 2019;
  • 3rd  July 3, 2019;
  • 4th  September 3, 2019.

Registration for the pre-authorized payment plan does not have to be renewed as long as you remain the property owner and there is no change to your bank account.

You must advise the city should your property be sold.
