WHY ARE GARAGE SALES ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY?

Each time you choose a used object over a new one, fewer resources are used. When you sell an item that still works to someone else rather than throwing it away, you reduce the quantity of trash in landfills.

SOME ITEMS HAVEN’T SOLD? GIVE THEM A SECOND CHANCE!

Use the sorting tool to determine where you may get rid of your unsold items and to obtain the contact information for recycling organizations and charities in Sherbrooke. Please do not overload these organizations collectively once this community-wide garage sale is over! If possible, wait a few weeks before sending them your unsold items or keep them for the next garage sale!
